In this role, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base and driving our success. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and offering customized solutions that meet their specific goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles and services.

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Requirements :

  • Completed bachelor's degree (may be in business administration, marketing, or international business).
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics for sales calculations.
  • Previous sales experience in the tax and legal field (preferred).
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and services.
  • Knowledge of US TAX, Puerto Rico Tax, and Accounting concepts.
  • Experience and proficiency in Sales Force CRM and Microsoft Office software.

Pay Rate : $87,000 per year
