Who we are: KANZEN Design is a Graphic Design agency specialised in high-level presentation services. Based in Madrid, with employees in 3 different continents and working for clients in more than 30 countries around the world. We are growing every year and we need to make our Sales team grow too.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales Executive at KANZEN Design, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's customer base.

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of KANZEN Design products.
  3. Understand client needs and requirements, and propose customized solutions to address them.
  4. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
What skills & experience you'll bring to us:
  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (we use Hubspot).
  6. Proactive and open-minded.
