Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in access control or related tech-driven industry.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner channel development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.

YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, opening and managing sales channels, and building strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across your assigned region.
  • Build and manage a roboust channel partner network (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
  • Promote and sell SALTO’s access control solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and post-sale support coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical, marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems and provide regular forecasting and reporting.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (preferably in access control, electronic security, or a related tech-driven industry).
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner channel development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
