What you’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls in Portuguese or Spanish, delivering exceptional service
• Support bookings, reservations, and hotel information requests
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Provide details on hotels, resorts, and vacation options
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teams for fast solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in Portuguese & Spanish (C1) and strong English (C1)
• Experience in customer support (a plus, not a must)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer-focused

Shifts: Full-time (39h/week), scheduled between 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Contract: Permanent, with a 60-day probation period
