Key Responsibilities:
Order & Fulfilment Operations:
- Process and verify customer orders via multiple channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Generate shipping documents, monitor shipment status, and resolve any fulfillment issues.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
- Support US stock and warehouse strategy (e.g., LA vs. Miami), including bonded warehouse
- Monitor tariffs and collaborate with factory teams on cross-border inventory planning (e.g., Malaysia vs. China production).
Customer Service Support:
- Act as the contact point for customer inquiries about order status, shipment, or product availability.
- Handle complaints and ensure a positive post-sales customer experience.
Service Strategy Execution:
- Support implementation of regional service frameworks (e.g., repairs, warranties, and parts supply).
- Liaise with ISVs, resellers, and service partners to ensure appropriate service coverage.
- Define cost structures and coordinate operational scalability to support regional growth.
Process & Operational Improvement:
- Enhance operational tracking systems (e.g., demo unit management, reseller programs).
- Identify and propose improvements for order fulfilment and service support workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process automation and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or logistics.
- Familiar with order management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP tools.
- Strong organizational skills and data accuracy, with a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-functional contexts.
- Experience with international logistics, bonded warehouses, or service provider coordination is a plus.
