Join SurroPlans Global Team as Sales & Service Manager. SurroPlans is seeking a dynamic individual to join our global team as Sales & Service Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide comprehensive information on our products and services, foster relationships with both new and existing clients, and ensure the effective management and updating of our CRM system.

Key Requirements :

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written & verbal); knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in the latest office applications.
  • Current practical experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn company-specific software and tools as required.
  • Demonstrated willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and skills enhancement.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork, multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail.

  • Salary : Market rate, depending on experience.
