An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales representative to drive new sales and support existing projects using innovative technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the EMENA region. Candidates should have a strong background in Paper & Packaging chemical sales, with a focus on account management and customer relationship development. Descripción del empleo

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales representative to both support existing sales projects as well as drive new sales using Buckman’s unique technologies and customer relationship management programs. You will be able to work independently while having support from your colleagues located across the EMENA region.

Expectations for the role

  • Managing your accounts by focusing on positive operating profit.
  • Identifying and achieving sales targets and forecasts (new customers and horizontal growth in existing customers).
  • Providing customers with required service and support to develop our position while delivering the budgeted profitability.
  • Taking a proactive approach in demonstrating and selling technical competence and identifying continuous improvement projects and showing clear ROI.
  • Running trials and ensuring trials’ evaluation plans are done.
  • Ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Managing inventories to a practical minimum.

Minimum requirement to apply

  • Successful selling experience in Paper & Packaging chemical sales is preferred.
  • Specific training in Paper Chemistries is necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Paper Technologies or Chemical Engineering.
  • Language : Spanish and English.
