We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English to join an international team based in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for a leading global company.
Engage with potential and existing customers to identify needs and offer suitable solutions
Promote products and services to meet customer needs and close sales
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Provide professional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Native level of Spanish, fluency in Catalan and English
Valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit
Performance bonus: Up to 4,300/year
Flight expenses reimbursement up to 500
Assistance with finding accommodation upon arrival
