Job Description

  • Develop and execute a plan that meets established metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key clients to maximize access and sales opportunities.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of clients, the market landscape in the territory, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, indications, products, clinical and sales experience, and share this market intelligence with the field team, brand team, and sales manager to achieve alignment, anticipate changes and challenges, and optimize brand strategy and execution.
  • Perform territory analysis based on data: manage digital tools, conduct audits, market studies, and KPIs to maximize opportunities.
  • Differenciate AbbVie's value proposition with assigned stakeholders and identify, develop, and maintain opinion leaders and speakers to maximize brand performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduates in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization, or similar (Not Mandatory)
  • Deep scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge, recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools
  • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proactively identify client style/behavior and adapt quickly all aspects of the sales approach
  • Work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Offer innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities and address challenges.
