Your Mission

As our Sales Representative , you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B clients who need Android developers for short-term or long-term projects. Your role is to be the first point of contact for leads and a trusted advisor who can clearly present the value of Codertal’s Android staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads in the Spanish and EU market
  • Build strong relationships with CTOs, HRs, and engineering managers
  • Present Codertal’s Android talent pool and staffing process
  • Create proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
