The Role We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team remotely from Barcelona and Lisbon. You will be responsible for driving new business across the EU market, targeting banks, financial institutions, and other regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients across the EU. Present and demonstrate Polixis solutions to compliance and risk teams. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and success.

Requirements Proven B2B sales experience (3-5 years), ideally in RegTech,

FinTech, or SaaS. Previous experience in the AML, KYC and Compliance sector is essential B.S., M.S. in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of compliance, financial crime prevention, or financial services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Legally eligible to work in an EU member state.
