Role

As a Sales Representative & Product Developer, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience and a strong drive for results. Your responsibilities include :

  • Driving sales success by meeting and exceeding targets and promoting our product range effectively.
  • Developing new business by identifying opportunities and establishing partnerships with growers.
  • Maintaining customer relationships through understanding needs and providing tailored seed solutions.
  • Addressing customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Planning, executing, and evaluating trials at grower sites, and being responsible for these trials.
