A leading company in the health care sector is seeking a sales professional to manage client relationships and product demonstrations in hospitals and clinics. The role requires strong sales strategies, experience in customer training, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position involves travel and regular interaction with healthcare professionals as well as responsibilities for customer loyalty enhancement and product promotion.
Promotion and specialized sale of the entire portfolio of products (or products from a specific range or TA) in
public and private clinics and hospitals.
Expansion, maintenance and enhancement of the client portfolio in
the assigned area. Development of the customer sales strategy, definition of actions to be developed with the
aim of improving customer loyalty and penetration.
Provide customer support as well as manage all incidents related to the development of the usual daily activity.
Help manage collections with customers : claims, payment and billing terms, etc., in accordance with the internal
policies established for the entire organization.
Prepare and share the documentation required for public tenders. Attend surgical interventions to perform
product demonstrations. Attend congresses or any event with the aim of promoting and publicizing the
characteristics of KARL STORZ products.
Participate in sales meetings where their presence is required. Control and report the daily activity through the
CRM tool to strengthen the coverage of the established objectives, track sales as well as the detection of business
opportunities. Responsible for post-sales training to end customers of certain high-value-added equipment.
Special Conditions or requirement to travel :
This role will involve regular travel and time away from home.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferably in Health Care, Economics or Finance. English, fluent spoken and written.
Min. 2-3 years of commercial experience in Health care / Hospital sector highly desirable.
Desirable previous experience in Customer Training, Data Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Project Mgmt.
min. 2 years experience working with CRM / ERP solutions, highly desirable.
