Responsibilities:
  1. Promotion and specialized sale of the entire portfolio of products (or products from a specific range or TA) in public and private clinics and hospitals.
  2. Expansion, maintenance, and enhancement of the client portfolio in the assigned area.
  3. Development of customer sales strategy and actions to improve customer loyalty and penetration.
  4. Provide customer support and manage incidents related to daily activities.
  5. Manage collections with customers, including claims, payment, and billing terms, in accordance with internal policies.
  6. Prepare and share documentation for public tenders.
  7. Attend surgical interventions for product demonstrations.
  8. Participate in congresses and events to promote KARL STORZ products.
  9. Attend sales meetings as required.
  10. Control and report daily activity via CRM to meet objectives and track sales and business opportunities.
  11. Provide post-sales training to end customers of high-value equipment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Regular travel and time away from home.
  • Compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Adherence to quality and environmental policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Economics, or Finance.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience in customer training, data analysis, business process analysis, and project management is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience with CRM/ERP solutions is highly desirable.
