Responsibilities:
- Promotion and specialized sale of the entire portfolio of products (or products from a specific range or TA) in public and private clinics and hospitals.
- Expansion, maintenance, and enhancement of the client portfolio in the assigned area.
- Development of customer sales strategy and actions to improve customer loyalty and penetration.
- Provide customer support and manage incidents related to daily activities.
- Manage collections with customers, including claims, payment, and billing terms, in accordance with internal policies.
- Prepare and share documentation for public tenders.
- Attend surgical interventions for product demonstrations.
- Participate in congresses and events to promote KARL STORZ products.
- Attend sales meetings as required.
- Control and report daily activity via CRM to meet objectives and track sales and business opportunities.
- Provide post-sales training to end customers of high-value equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Economics, or Finance.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital sector is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer training, data analysis, business process analysis, and project management is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience with CRM/ERP solutions is highly desirable.
