We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Representative to join our Specialty Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving consistent sales performance, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service and maximizing market potential for innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by executing territory action plans and product strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide monthly sales updates and support the development of sales forecasts and territory plans.
  • Identify and grow new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market insights with sales and marketing teams.
  • Participate in scientific meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to support brand visibility.
  • Conduct product presentations and customer engagements with professionalism and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate territory records, customer interactions, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for continuous feedback and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
  • 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Specialty Care.
  • Previous experience in Dermatology or Rheumatology is a plus.
  • Confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
