Formación

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Iberia.

Ready to shape the future of sustainable packaging across Iberia?

As an experienced sales professional with a passion for packaging and a deep understanding of the Iberian market, you will play a key role in driving Coveris’ growth across Spain and Portugal. Working from your home office, you’ll take full responsibility for your region, supported by a strong internal team and a portfolio of high-performance, sustainable packaging solutions.

You’ll report directly to the Regional Sales Director FBLXS and collaborate closely with product development, customer service, and production sites across Europe.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Acquisition of new customers in Spain and Portugal in line with Coveris' strategic growth goals
  • Long-term development and support of existing accounts with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Consultative, solution-oriented sales of flexible packaging
  • Collaboration with product development to tailor solutions to specific market needs
  • Offer preparation in cooperation with the internal sales team
  • Strategic market and customer planning to drive regional sales performance

Your Profile :

  • Technical background in packaging, food technology, or equivalent commercial / technical training
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the flexible packaging industry
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to travel frequently across Iberia
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Confident user of MS Office and digital tools (CRM, Teams, etc.)
