Sales Representative (English and Spanish Speaking)

Location: Spain

We serve schools, higher education, corporate training, alternative credentials, and professional sports, providing solutions for teaching, administration, learning, and research. Our headquarters is in Switzerland, with additional entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to focus on our Constructor Tech Learning product portfolio, aiming to grow revenue in the Americas (North & Latin America). The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Flexible working hours aligned with US business hours
Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with qualified leads, schedule demos, nurture relationships, and close smaller deals across the Americas. You will collaborate with the Account Executive team on larger opportunities, helping to expand our SaaS startup's growth while developing your sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via calls and emails.
  2. Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  3. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in the CRM.
  4. Manage and grow the sales portfolio.
  5. Build and maintain client relationships.
  6. Own the sales cycle for small to medium opportunities.
  7. Maintain accurate CRM records.
  8. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  9. Provide feedback to improve sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proven sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to understand technical products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
