Formación

A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where the following tasks are part of your daily work:

  1. Analyzing the marketplace, developing an effective territory / account sales strategy, and presenting the strategy to management for approval.
  2. Performing all activities to maximize sales (aligned with the sales strategy) from product introduction through contract negotiation.
  3. Identifying and addressing all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts, reporting on them via the provided systems and personally to the district manager regularly.
  4. Building strong and lasting business relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers influential in purchasing decisions, in collaboration with regional and business managers.
  5. Providing technical support to customers (e.g., physicians, consultants, cardiologists) according to territory guidelines.
  6. Training and educating relevant hospital staff on Medtronic products, utilizing resources effectively as needed.
  7. Planning and preparing sales forecasts by account, product, and therapy for the territory, along with proposed meetings, customer activities, and investments.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Valuable experience in intensive care units and/or anesthesia areas
  • Knowledge of the medical industry’s competitive marketplace
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of customer decision-making processes (economic buyers, reimbursement)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Nice to Haves

  • Marketing knowledge is advantageous
