Join us to apply for the Sales Project Manager - South Europe (M / F / D) role at TGW Logistics.

We are recruiting a Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in TGW Ibérica. The Sales Project Manager (SPM) advises TGW customers in finding the perfect intralogistics solution and develops tailor-made material handling concepts. The SPM works on customer projects and is responsible from lead acquisition until the handover of sold projects to the realization department.

What you'll be handling :

  1. Create and implement a project sales strategy
  2. Establish binding relationships with decision makers at all levels
  3. Develop concepts, calculations, and proposals for TGW customers in collaboration with the Systems Designers and other in-house expert departments
  4. Negotiate contracts, including commercial, legal, and technical aspects
  5. Conduct customer and competitor analyses regularly
  6. Ensure data quality in CRM system and perform simple back-office tasks
  7. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in the sales process

What you'll need :

  1. Completed higher technical education in Science or Technical Engineering
  2. At least 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in material handling and intralogistics solutions
  3. Proactive attitude
  4. Ability to conduct market and customer research
  5. Strategic and structured sales skills for integrated systems
  6. Industry knowledge and understanding of process and intralogistics solutions
  7. Management and leadership skills
  8. Excellent social, communication, and intercultural skills
  9. Languages : proficiency in Spanish and English; German is a plus
