TGW Logistics .We are recruiting a Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in TGW Ibérica. The Sales Project Manager (SPM) advises TGW customers in finding the perfect intralogistics solution and develops tailor-made material handling concepts. The SPM works on customer projects and is responsible from lead acquisition until the handover of sold projects to the realization department.What you'll be handling :

Create and implement a project sales strategyEstablish binding relationships with decision makers at all levelsDevelop concepts, calculations, and proposals for TGW customers in collaboration with the Systems Designers and other in-house expert departmentsNegotiate contracts, including commercial, legal, and technical aspectsConduct customer and competitor analyses regularlyEnsure data quality in CRM system and perform simple back-office tasksLead and motivate cross-functional teams in the sales processWhat you'll need :

Completed higher technical education in Science or Technical EngineeringAt least 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in material handling and intralogistics solutionsProactive attitudeAbility to conduct market and customer researchStrategic and structured sales skills for integrated systemsIndustry knowledge and understanding of process and intralogistics solutionsManagement and leadership skillsExcellent social, communication, and intercultural skillsLanguages :

  • proficiency in Spanish and English;
