Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification, automation and standardization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally with Scrum Master certification.
• Prior experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role in finance/data/reporting or sales operations.
• Business Intelligence background.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Lead project management execution for the Sales BMS & Reporting team.
• Own and maintain Plan of Action (POA).
• Manage metrics and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain governance with key stakeholders.
• Define and manage project release scope, timelines, backlogs and intake of new requests in collaboration with product owners.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective cross‑team collaboration.
• Provide frequent project status reporting, identify risks, issues and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation strategies.
• Seek guidance and drive decision‑making when required.
