What You'll Do

  • Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
  • Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service
  • Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for clients
Ralph Lauren Ambassador
  • Network effectively and stay updated on competitor activities, trends, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain an in-depth level of product knowledge
Operations
  • Possess advanced skills in online sales and digital platforms
  • Maintain expert knowledge of brand and product
  • Assist customers in fitting rooms and during sales transactions following company procedures
  • Meet store and personal sales objectives by providing elevated, personalized service both in-store and through outreach
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
