Essential Duties & Responsibilities What You'll Do

  • Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
  • Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service
  • Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for clients
  • Network effectively and stay updated on competitor activity, trends, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge

Operations

  • Have advanced skills in online sales and digital platforms
  • Maintain expert level of brand and product knowledge
  • Assist customers in fitting rooms and during transactions following company procedures
  • Meet store and personal sales objectives and KPIs by providing personalized service and outreach

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Energetic, passionate, results-driven team player
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong brand and visual merchandising knowledge
  • Experience in operations management
