• Maintain existing producer relationships and develop new partnerships
• Provide intensive customer care, conduct price negotiations and calculations
• Observe the market consistently and perform competitive analysis
• Visit suppliers and customers regularly
• Contribute successfully to sales and profit targets
• Handle administrative processing of orders and logistics
• Experience in the food sector, ideally with fruit and vegetables
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV is desirable
• Demonstrate confident communication, negotiation skills, and decisiveness
• Show diplomatic skills, persuasiveness, and tenacity
• Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and team spirit
