Job Description :

The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.

This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data, to report performance in a structured manner and develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.

The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders (within and outside the P&P team) to ensure effective delivery.

Main responsibilities
  1. Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
  2. Establish and own accurate reporting processes to track retail performance across different management levels.
  3. Lead projects impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and tracking.
  4. Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making; make recommendations in appropriate forums.
  5. Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance and develop action plans.
  6. Conduct detailed data analyses, often involving large datasets and regional feedback.
  7. Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions related to retail incentives, sizing, and organization.
  8. Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to gain support.
  9. Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and standardize data processes.

  • Team player, capable of managing multiple initiatives.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • SQL skills are highly valued but not required.
  • Experience with Tableau and data analysis software is valued but not required.
  • Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued but not required.
