Formación

• Ability to drive; owning a vehicle is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to Quezon or Lucena area.

Job Description

• Responsible for sales and activation of the Peralink system, a money transfer product
• Conducts door-to-door selling and engagement with potential SME and retail partners
• Handles end-to-end partner management
• Performs regular partner visits and follow-up calls
• Monitors partner performance and addresses agent concerns
• Ensures compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and fiscal requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course
• At least 2 years of experience in banking or FMCG
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog (oral and written)
• Proficient in MS Office; skilled in presentations and time management
• Works well under pressure; self-driven, determined, and goal-oriented
• Responsible for handling Lucena, Quezon Province and Marinduque areas
• Ability to drive; owning a vehicle (motorcycle or car) is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to Quezon or Lucena area
