National Sales & Marketing Manager, Ultrasound - Spain Join Mindray as the National Sales & Marketing Manager for Medical Imaging Systems in Spain. Lead a dedicated team within the Ultrasound product line, building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in a competitive market.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Management : Manage sales targets, planning, and implementation for the product line within Spain.

Channel Management : Plan and manage distribution channels across the region.

Marketing : Develop market strategies, enhance branding, analyze market trends, and monitor competitors.

Customer Relations : Maintain and develop customer relationships, forecast needs, and provide feedback to HQ.

Team Management : Build and lead the sales and marketing team to meet business goals.

Operational Oversight : Oversee daily management of the regional team, provide leadership, and support CRM activities.

Reporting : Provide monthly and quarterly reports to the General Manager.

Development Support : Support Account Managers and distributors to maximize sales potential.

Leadership : Act as a coach and mentor, monitor statistical reports, and support senior stakeholder meetings.

Policy Compliance : Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.

Networking : Engage in clinical, technical, and commercial networking activities.

Candidate Profile

Experience managing and leading a team of field-based medical device Account Managers in Ultrasound sales.

Strong sales background in the imaging systems sector, with success in selling to hospitals in public and private sectors.

Experience managing distributors in Spain is preferred.

Proven track record of sales growth and business development.

Excellent relationship-building skills with key decision makers.

Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.

IT literate.
