What you’ll do

  • Build long-term business relationships between clients and companies through a mixture of inbound and outbound phone/email activities.
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
  • Identify new clients’ needs as a primary task.
  • Provide options and outline features of products and services.
  • Have knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting.
  • Be familiar with a range of products and services.
  • Report to other levels of the business and communicate with colleagues to improve services.

Requirements :

  • Candidates should have a valid European work permit.
  • You are a native German speaker.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and KPI achievement.
  • B2B experience.
  • Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and objections handling.
  • Relocation package includes flight ticket and accommodation.
  • Continuous training and certifications within Google products.
  • Presence of coaches to facilitate your personal and professional development.
