Formación

Sales & Market Developer

to lead the growth of our biopesticides portfolio.

Your mission

As Sales & Market Developer, you’ll be responsible for launching, promoting, and expanding the biopesticides business in Spain. You’ll build the market from the ground up—crafting a local go-to-market strategy and turning it into real, commercial success.

Your responsibilities

Design and implement a commercial and channel strategy for biopesticides in the Spanish agricultural and horticultural markets. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and key accounts. Develop strong relationships with growers, advisors, and channel partners to position BioWorks as a trusted solution provider. Present and promote our biosolutions portfolio to prospects and clients, with a focus on value selling and sustainable impact. Represent BioWorks at trade shows, field events, and networking forums to raise visibility and generate leads. Negotiate and close commercial agreements in collaboration with the European Sales Lead. Provide insights to the Technical and R&D teams based on customer needs and market feedback Track performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets. You’ll report directly to the Sales Lead, BioWorks Europe, and work closely with our technical and marketing teams.

Who are we looking for

You have a degree in Agro- or Biotechnology, Bio-Engineering Sciences, or a related field. You bring 5+ years of experience in technical sales within agribusiness; knowledge of biopesticides, biostimulants, or biofertilizers is a strong plus. You’re a skilled relationship builder, with excellent commercial instincts and negotiation skills. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’re fluent in English. You’re based in Spain and open to travel within the territory.
