Formación

  • 6+ years of experience in the renewable sector.
  • Experience in utility scale energy sector is a plus.

Descripción del empleo

  • Drive the growth of utility-scale energy storage projects in Spain by identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, IPPs, developers, and EPCs to expand sales and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Engineering to qualify leads and assess new business opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements with customers.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from forecasting and order management to delivery and payment collection—while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends and key drivers (e.g., policy, regulation, and economics) across utility and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and partner with key market players to build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Conduct techno-economic assessments to evaluate project feasibility and risks.
  • Gather and communicate market requirements to internal teams to support product and service development.
  • Develop and manage relationships across all levels of customer and internal organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates.
  • Deliver timely reports and insights to management as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the renewable sector
  • Experience in the utility scale energy sector is a plus
  • Engineering Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of grid / utility markets, as well as renewable technologies, such as PV, wind and / or storage
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to create and understand financial modelling
  • Ability to understand how regulatory and policy changes affect business
  • Ability to priorities work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel.
  • Knowledge of battery systems and / or power conversion systems
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, additional language is a plus
