Sales Lead – Build and Scale a High-Impact B2B Sales Team in the UK
I’m currently working with a fast-growing tech company (€12M+ last year) that has revolutionized how employers connect with candidates through a powerful, user-friendly software solution.
After great success in the B2C market, they are now expanding into B2B sales , with a strong focus on growing their presence in the UK market , where they see the biggest opportunity for expansion. Although they already have a presence in the US and Spain, their next goal is to establish a strong sales operation in the UK.
To drive this, they are looking for a Sales Lead to establish and scale corporate sales operations from scratch.
What You’ll Do :

Experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales of digital platforms, SaaS, or HR / recruitment solutions .
Process-oriented & data-driven – Able to define and implement sales strategies from scratch.
A natural leader – Someone ambitious, hands-on, and excited to build and grow a sales team in a new market.
Adaptable & strategic – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
