What will you be doing?
  1. Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients to build your pipeline.
  2. Business Development: Initiating contact with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  3. Consultative Sales: Conducting in-depth needs assessments to identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
  4. Account Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new clients.
  5. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven track record of working in the Spanish market across Tech & IT sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
