About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager based in Madrid with a passion for video marketing and execution while consistently striving to exceed the expectations of clients, team members, and co-workers.

The candidate is responsible for building and maintaining relationships mainly with media agencies, generating new business and driving revenue in a fast-paced and rapidly changing industry. The candidate is a self-starter who possesses outstanding digital Sales experience and is passionate about digital media and innovation.

The Sales manager is dynamic, strategic, and analytical with experience within the video marketing sphere. They are also passionate about learning even more about video marketing offerings, digital media, and capabilities. Through meticulous attention to detail, they can manage multiple complex projects with ease – whether they call for organizational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen – and is always ready and excited to put in the extra work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Spanish sales strategy, positioning Channel Factory solutions to media agencies and direct clients across the market.
  • Equip agency buyers with the insights and resources they need to advocate for our solutions.
  • Shape and implement a winning sales strategy with the team to unlock growth and accelerate revenue.
  • Partner closely with the Client Solutions team to ensure flawless client service.
  • Build and expand relationships with agencies and direct clients, from prospecting new leads to closing key deals.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategies to clients based on their video advertising goals, securing mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Be an expert in Brand Safety and Suitability, advocating for Channel Factory’s technology and capabilities.
  • Regularly forecast, track, and report on sales metrics, timelines, and projections to monitor growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting to Managing Director for Spain

Requirements & Qualifications

You’re a results-driven sales professional with strong digital media expertise and a track record of building meaningful client relationships in the Spanish market. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic insights with hands-on execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years + of digital ad sales experience, with a strong foundation in video and a network within the Spanish media agency landscape.
  • Established relationships with major Spanish media agencies, ideally with direct contacts on both holding and independent sides.
  • Proven ability to exceed individual and team revenue goals through frequent client engagements and strategic follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills to identify client objectives and interpret success metrics.
  • Knowledgeable in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, DV360, AdWords, and other digital tools.
  • Above all, you uphold professionalism, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.
