VIDA is partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing flexible packaging manufacturer, who is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships in Spain.

With a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology, this company has been making waves in the industry with their eco-friendly packaging solutions and commitment to reducing environmental impact. The company serves customers in the food, beverage, and health & beauty markets.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in flexible packaging or related industries
  • Strong understanding of flexible packaging products and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English
