About the Role

As a Sales Manager at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales deals with both new and existing customers. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting our products and services.

The Spanish branch is a strategic asset for SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, and your contribution will be instrumental to the company's success. Your efforts will directly support revenue growth in both equipment and service sales while enhancing customer satisfaction.

This role offers significant career growth potential, increased earning opportunities, and professional development.

This position requires availability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, international conferences, and industry exhibitions.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by aligning SIAE MICROELETTRONICA solutions with customer challenges to generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management to develop strategic sales approaches and enhance the product portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, educate potential clients, and assess their level of interest and urgency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SIAE MICROELETTRONICA’s value proposition and how it applies to different market segments.
  • Present and communicate SIAE MICROELETTRONICA’s value to key decision-makers across multiple industries to drive engagement.
  • Establish a structured reporting system to track sales performance and gross margin progress.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Sales within the Telecom industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Wireless Market (Backhauling & Access) and Wireline Transport (Optical).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Passion for customer engagement and relationship building, with empathy and attention to client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with major CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian.
