Join a fast-growing energy solutions provider as a Sales Manager in Spain. You will lead business development focused on solar power and storage solutions, targeting EPCs and distributors. The role requires a strong understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem and proven sales experience. Collaboration with technical teams is essential to drive successful partnerships and business plans.

Formación

  • 3+ years of sales experience in renewable energy market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Iberian renewable energy ecosystem.

Elum Energy is a fast-growing company based in Paris with offices in Morocco, South Africa, U.A.E, India, Singapore, Mexico & Brazil, specializing in monitoring & control solutions for solar power plants. Our technology enables simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility-scale ground PV plants, with or without energy storage systems (batteries), and sometimes with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).

Our reference customers include constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants and energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury, among others.

Our technology currently equips over 1000 solar power plants across more than 40 countries, ranging from 100kWp to 100MWp.

Your Mission :

As Sales Manager, you will

  • Develop our business in the C&I segment, primarily targeting EPCs and Distributors operating in solar and storage.
  • Handle strategic utility-scale accounts to grow our Utility product range in Spain and Portugal.
  • Build strong relationships with local OEMs to drive co-selling activities and strategic partnerships.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Educational background: Engineer, Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Languages: Native Spanish speaker & fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy market (PV, BESS, Control systems, SCADA, PPC) as sales in Spain
  • Strong knowledge of the Iberian renewable energy ecosystem: C&I solar installations, utility projects (PV + BESS), DSO / TSO networks, monitoring, control, EV charging infrastructure (IRVE), etc.
  • Strong business development mindset: autonomous in hunting, lead qualification, and opportunity management
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus)
  • Able to build business plans and provide accurate forecasts
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with procurement, logistics, pre-sales, delivery teams, and project / technical managers
