A leading company in EV charging solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to promote their high-power DC chargers. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, establish partnerships, and play a key role in the Spanish eMobility market, driving growth and market share.

Formación

  • 7 years of experience in B2B sales, including 3 years in EV charging.
  • Proven track record in selling DC fast chargers or high-power solutions.
  • Strong network in the Spanish eMobility market.

Descripción del empleo

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and increasing our market share in the Spanish DC charger market. Your focus will be on promoting our advanced portfolio of high-power DC charging solutions—ranging from 40 kW to 800 kW—and playing a pivotal role in positioning our brand as a leader in EV charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow DC charger sales across Spain.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including fleet operators, charge point operators (CPOs), energy companies, and government tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and customers.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions to ensure profitable growth.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for market needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support technical and business discussions with clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our SiC-based high-efficiency solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • 7 years of experience in B2B sales, including 3 years in EV charging.
  • Proven track record in selling DC fast chargers or similar high-power solutions.
  • Strong network in the Spanish eMobility market, including relationships with CPOs, utilities, and government bodies.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Preferred Skills :

  • Technical understanding of DC charging technologies and power electronics.
  • Experience with public tenders and large infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and incentives for EV charging in Spain.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
