Formación

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in SaaS or B2B.

Odds Scanner Group is looking for a Sales Manager to join our full-time team.

If you are looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment where you will be involved in a lot of different projects and campaigns, this is the right place for you.

As a Sales Manager, you will be managing the sales team worldwide and responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. You will manage key accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities within the iGaming industry. We are looking for someone versatile, agile, and able to adapt quickly, someone who is looking to grow with the company and who will be reporting directly to our Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the SaaS, digital, and B2B sectors;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry;
  • Experience with sports and gambling products (nice to have);
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
  • Understanding of tools like Google Drive, Hubspot and other analytical software;
  • Fluent in English (other languages would be advantageous but not mandatory).
  • A fast-paced company working in one of the most competitive markets online;

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales team;
  • Sales & Account Management for Latin American and English speaking markets;
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales;
  • Managing independently existing partnerships;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals;
  • Identify business and growth opportunities for the Company and our Clients;
  • Handling sales meetings and negotiating deals;
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities;
  • Manage and cultivate key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management;
  • Perform financial follow-up and reporting both internally and externally;
  • Maintain tracking, reporting, and analysis of performance KPIs;
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools;
  • Handling contracts with clients;
  • Representing the company at Industry Conferences.
