The role involves overseeing sales activities, mentoring personnel, and collaborating with marketing to generate leads. Candidates must have a strong geographical knowledge of the area and be fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

  • Legally entitled to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager to create effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Conocimientos

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English and Spanish

Our client, a successful and expanding Real Estate Company near Marbella, is seeking to hire an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee the general sales and listing department.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in managing a real estate sales team.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor, motivate and lead from the front- Must have an excellent geographical knowledge of Marbella and its surrounding areas- Must speak fluent English and Spanish with an additional language desirable- Must have a smart appearance as this position is based in the office.- Must have good MS Office skills- Have your own car and Spanish driving licence- Legally entitled to work in Spain**Responsibilities**:- You will oversee all activities and performance of the sales team, track sales goals, set targets and carry out ongoing mentoring and training of sales personnel- Liaise with the Marketing Manager to create effective lead generation campaigns.- Prepare regular sales reports and updates to senior managementPackage- Hours Monday to Friday 10-6 (Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when required is essential)- Autonomo with a basic of €2,000 net plus a highly competitive commission packageIf you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV IN ENGLISH.
