David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit an English and Nordic languagespeaking Sales Manager for their Málaga office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
- Lead sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for clients, leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to identify needs and opportunities, focusing on Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience by obsessing over customer needs and feedback.
- Secure customer wins for cloud solutions by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
- Position competitive offerings in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Verbally and in writing, demonstrate how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies.
- Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue by applying criteria like BANT.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, forecast sales and pipeline accurately, contact at least 200 leads and generate 30 opportunities per month, maintaining high daily activity (~60-90 activities/day).
- Utilize social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to reach, sell to, and manage customers effectively.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the business as part of the “Voice of Customer”.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Native or fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) at C1 level, with strong written and spoken communication skills, plus fluency in English.
- High school diploma required; BA / 4-year degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and 1 year in account or customer management.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, experience in retail sales, internships, or entrepreneurial programs is a plus.
- Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps are advantageous.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving goals, capable of working independently and taking ownership of personal development.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, video, and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry, with quick learning capacity about products and solutions.
- Performance-driven personality, motivated by exceeding sales goals through strategic leadership and collaboration.
- Strong time management skills, high integrity, and ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
