Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager for our luxury real estate agency, a strategic leader who will drive the sales team and elevate business results.

This position requires a professional with a strong vision of the luxury real estate market, the ability to manage high-level relationships, and the capacity to make key decisions in dynamic and challenging environments.

The ideal person will be an inspiring leader with strong emotional intelligence, capable of motivating the team, generating business opportunities, and successfully managing high-value negotiations.

Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspiring Leadership:
    Motivate, guide, and develop a high-performance sales team, promoting a culture of individual responsibility and teamwork.
    Set clear, measurable, and achievable goals, ensuring ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement in team performance.
    Identify and foster growth potential within the sales team by providing coaching and professional development.
  2. Strategic Vision:
    Define and execute sales strategies aligned with luxury real estate market trends and the company’s long-term objectives.
    Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create plans to capitalize on them.
    Coordinate with other departments (marketing, finance, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and efficiency in strategy execution.
  3. High-Level Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders in the luxury real estate sector.
    Represent the company at high-profile events, negotiations, and strategic meetings.
    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through personal and professional relationships.
  4. Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion:
    Understand the needs and motivations of team members and clients, adapting leadership and communication styles to maximize performance.
    Use persuasive skills to positively influence clients and teams, facilitating decision-making and closing high-value sales.
    Manage conflicts and misunderstandings with empathy and effectiveness, both within the sales team and with clients.
  5. Decision-Making and Crisis Management:
    Make informed and timely decisions during high-value negotiations, managing risks and ensuring the company’s best interests are met.
    Handle crisis situations or unexpected events calmly and decisively, always seeking fast and effective solutions.
    Be able to adapt sales strategies to sudden changes in the market or the client’s circumstances.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in high-value sectors or luxury goods (real estate experience is not required).
  2. High negotiation skills, with proven experience in closing high-value deals.
  3. A broad network of contacts in the luxury sector or related industries is a plus.
  4. Strategic thinking, results-oriented, and decision-making under pressure.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
  6. Advanced knowledge of technological tools and CRMs applied to sales.
