Grub Tech Limited is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager for its Barcelona office, focused on driving business growth in the SaaS space for the food and beverage industry. This performance-driven role offers an uncapped commission structure and significant growth potential in an energetic startup environment. Candidates should bring 2 to 4 years of SaaS sales experience, excellent prospecting and closing skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English.

Role Overview :
We're looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. This is a performance-focused sales role where ownership, speed, and resilience are key. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market segments. You’ll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving pipeline and revenue.
This is an office-based role, working out of our vibrant co-working space in Poblenou, Barcelona – which is being developed into the European head office of Dubai-based Grubtech. You'll be surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe.
