Business Development Opportunity in the Spanish Market

Join a leading multinational company in the packaging sector, specializing in flexible and sustainable packaging solutions. The company serves diverse industries including food, consumer goods, and medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Retain and profitably grow existing customers.
  2. Generate new business with existing and new customers within assigned markets.
  3. Manage customer profitability to meet targets.
  4. Implement pricing strategies to ensure margins are maintained.
  5. Prepare and deliver product and company presentations to clients and prospects.
  6. Address customer claims collaboratively with quality and commercial teams.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction through coordinated efforts.
  8. Handle price requests and participate in tender/RFP processes.
  9. Manage contracts and SLAs with the support of the Commercial team.
  10. Maintain effective sales reporting and update CRM tools regularly.
  11. Provide sales forecasts and budgets.
  12. Gather and analyze market data and competitor activities.
  13. Utilize Commercial Excellence tools and processes.
  14. Contribute ideas for product and service innovation.
  15. Support NPD processes, proposing new products and technical developments.
  16. Participate in professional development activities.
  17. Assist and cover for other team members when needed.
