We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team, with primary responsibility to build a pipeline of prospects and win new clients from the ecosystem of brands & retailers.

Position Responsibilities
  • Acquire deep knowledge of the Openbravo solutions, products, and services, becoming a subject matter expert in the Openbravo value proposition.
  • Research the market regularly to identify trends, follow brands & retailers, and track competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop a strategic prospecting plan to build a large and growing pipeline, driving steady sales growth from the Iberia region by acquiring new clients.
  • Work with the marketing team to generate sales leads, participate in business and marketing events, and engage in public speaking where appropriate.
  • Establish ongoing communication with prospects to understand their key business challenges and offer Openbravo solutions as a tailored response.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to strengthen partnerships and grow recurring revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Orisha|Openbravo Partners to develop prospects and client accounts.
  • Work closely with the Presales team throughout all sales stages to present features and demo the product effectively.
  • Contribute to growing revenue from the Iberian retail market, represent results to the leadership team, and be a key team member in sales strategy.
  • Manage sales projections and reporting accurately using CRM systems and support finance in managing accounts receivables.
Position Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience selling mission-critical software within the retail sector.
  • Proven success in retail software sales and an extensive network of decision-maker contacts in retail.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; high integrity and professionalism.
  • People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Availability to travel as required.
