Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with prospective clients in Spain and Portugal regularly to understand their needs, both technical and financial.
  2. Gather and share market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  3. Maintain accurate account forecasts and keep CRM and databases up to date.
  4. Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to position LONGi's products as top choices in the residential sector.
  5. Plan and participate in client events, address customer requests, and conduct on-site visits to assess installations.
  6. Utilize product strengths to meet customer needs and develop long-term partnerships.
  7. Propose creative solutions tailored to client requirements, fostering enduring relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in managing contractual negotiations within the PV sector.
  • Proven ability in value-based selling and account development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
