Siegwerk, located in Loeches, Spain, is seeking a Sales Manager for Iberia to expand market share and manage key customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience in packaging printing and be proficient in English.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive contract negotiations while maintaining a results-focused approach. This position requires a readiness to travel throughout Spain and Portugal at least 50% of the time.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in sales within sheetfed or packaging printing.
• Comfortable in an international environment; confident in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

The salary range for this position is between 50.000 € gross/year and 65.000 € gross/year. The agreed total compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications and experience.

• You maintain and further develop profitable and sustainable sales to continuously expand market share.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, technology) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Managing key customer accounts, you lead contract negotiations and build long‑term, trust‑based partnerships.
• You take ownership of defining, aligning, and delivering on the annual sales budget to ensure reliable target achievement.
• Identifying the right balance between high‑quality customer engagement and sales efficiency, you maximize overall business impact.
• You establish and develop strong relationships with key market partners and stakeholders within the printing and packaging industry.
• Working within an international network of highly skilled colleagues, you actively contribute to collaboration across Europe.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market insights.

Your Profile – What do you bring as Sales Manager Iberia:

• Ideally, you bring 5 years of experience in sales within Sheetfed or other packaging printing applications.
• Strong B2B negotiation skills, combined with a fact‑based approach and a clear affinity for numbers, characterize your way of working.
• You feel comfortable operating in an international environment and communicate confidently in English as your working language.
• A strong drive for results and a hands‑on, execution-focused mindset set you apart.
• You proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and consistently turn them into measurable success.
• Solid proficiency in common MS Office applications complements your skill set.

• You are willing to travel in Spain and Portugal at least 50 %.
