A global specialty ingredients solution provider is seeking a Sales Manager for the Human Nutrition team in Barcelona, responsible for the Iberia and Tunisia markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical sales experience in food ingredient distribution and deep knowledge of the food industry, particularly Bakery and Confectionery. Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in food ingredient distribution.
  • Deep knowledge of the food industry, especially Bakery and Confectionery.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, independent worker.
  • Familiarity with import procedures and logistics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and grow sales in Iberia and Tunisia.
  • Promote and sell ingredients to food manufacturers with a focus on technical value.
  • Provide expert advice on formulation and ingredient applications.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships via CRM/BRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Travel within the territory (approx. 1-2 weeks/month).

Role Overview :

As Sales Manager—Human Nutrition, you will drive sales success in Iberia and Tunisia, acting as a trusted advisor to food manufacturing partners, especially in Bakery and Confectionery, emphasizing technical value and application expertise.

Responsibilities :
  1. Manage and grow sales in Iberia and Tunisia
  2. Promote and sell ingredients to food manufacturers with a focus on technical value
