Sales Manager for skills.lab football training systems - Spain, Portugal and France

Anton Paar SportsTec develops and produces the most advanced measurement and training systems in world football under the brand "skills.lab". Our skills.lab Arena, skills.lab Studio and skills.lab Cube systems are used by some of the most innovative and successful football clubs in the world. To continue our growth, we are now looking for a sales manager based in Spain to develop the market in Spain, Portugal and France.

Responsibilities:

Sales of skills.lab football training systems to professional clubs, federations, public training centers, and commercial football experience venues in the Spain, Portugal and France

Acquisition of new accounts and management of existing customers

Operational planning of sales activities

Meeting of annual sales budget

Presenting at conferences and exhibitions

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the football industry in Southern Europe

High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills as well as self-organized attitude to work

Understanding of market needs in football clubs and commercial football applications

Experience in selling and managing customer projects

A personal network that allows you to initiate conversation with decision makers in clubs, associations and companies

A profound understanding of the European football market in general and the market in Southern Europe in particular

Convincing appearance and sales attitude

Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as excellent Spanish and English skills

Proficiency in Portuguese and French are highly appreciated

Availability to travel throughout Southern Europe and occasionally to Central Europe for training and business meetings

A degree in sports science is an advantage
