XO Life is developing a top-tier meta platform designed for patients and pharmaceutical companies to interact regarding everyday care. Currently, patients often resort to platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram for research and discussion due to the lack of a dedicated, highly engaging patient platform.

The XO Life platform solution (brite) allows pharmaceutical and medical technology companies to offer their patients a digital product and therapy companion. This all-in-one platform eliminates the need for patients to download a new app for every new drug or treatment.

XO Life, recently recognized as a leading Digital Health Startup in Germany and Europe and a top tech newcomer by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, is expanding. Currently, we partner with 8% of the German pharmaceutical industry, spanning market leaders, SMEs, and RX, OTC, and Medical Device manufacturers across over 30 indications. Building on this success, we're now replicating our model in other EU countries.

What we look for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Sales Manager with an established network in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong can-do attitude to cover the Iberian market. The ideal candidate will share our passion for innovation and recognize the unique value proposition that our brite platform offers to both patients and the pharmaceutical industry. What are your responsibilities?

  • Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships within the Iberian pharmaceutical sector, ensuring swift market penetration for the brite solution
  • Relationship Building : Leverage existing connections and forge new relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at exceeding targets, consistently seeking ways to optimize outreach and close deals
  • Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales metrics, using insights to refine strategies and deliver predictable, sustainable results

What is your background?

Proven Experience : Demonstrated track record in business development or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector

Performance-Based Attitude : Eagerness to capitalize on a variable compensation model tied to individual success, and openness to rapid career growth opportunities

Adaptability : Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams

Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (PT, ES and EN are mandatory)

Hunter Mindset : Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by ambitious targets, with a history of exceeding quotas

Industry Network : Established connections within the pharma sector, with a strong ability to build new, high-level relationships

Scientific Background : A degree in a scientific or management discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Management) or equivalent industry experience is strongly preferred
