A leading paper company in Marbella is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Specialty Paper sales across Europe. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of sales management experience in the paper industry, exceptional business development skills, and fluency in English. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive Specialty Paper sales across all of Europe. This is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the European market, working independently, and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European market, exceptional business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy :



Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.
Customer Relationships : Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Sales Targets : Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.
Market Monitoring : Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:
Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales management role within paper industry.
Industry Knowledge : Experience in selling Speciality paper with a proven track record.
Language Skills : Fluency in English is mandatory.
Education : A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills.
